LMCS Summer Programs
All LMCS Summer Programs have the same registration form found below. If you sign up for the STEAM program there is an additional Transportation and Meal form that needs to be completed. No bus transportation is offered for paid programs. Thank you!
Montessori Summer Preschool
We offer a fully certified summer Preschool Program for the three months of summer. This program will have classroom and instruction time, just like the regular school year, during the morning half day. The afternoon half day will be mandatory rest time for students who require it as well as fun activities. This program is for students 3 years old to 5 years old who are not incoming Kindergarten for 2023-2024. Students need to be fully potty trained. Preference is given to students who are enrolled in our 2023-2024 Preschool Program. This is a PAID program with tuition.
Preschool Summer School (Tuition)
Summer Preschool is Monday through Friday on 6/12 to 8/23. This program is for three months, and cannot be signed up for by week. Snack, breakfast and lunch are included.
Option 1: Half Day Morning, 8:00 am-12:30 pm $1740 total, $580/month
Option 2: Half Day Afternoon, 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm $1740 total, $580/month
Option 3: Full Day, $2970 total, 8:00 am-5:30 pm $990/month
Montessori STEAM Summer Program
It's all about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math this summer! Our free half-day summer program for incoming kindergarten through current 6th-grade students is going to be a summer blast of fun STEAM activities with a focus on reading, writing, and arithmetic to keep our brains working through the long and lazy summer. Each week will have a theme that they will study and research. They will also be incorporating the school garden into the activities for students.
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Breakfast and lunch are available through Albany County School District Food Service. Bus transportation is available in both the morning and afternoon for students who sign up. The STEAM program may be signed up for by week, but we ask that there are no partial weeks if you can. The STEAM program is not available the week of July 4th. This program is FREE.

This program is free and is for incoming Kindergarten students for 2023-2024 and current Kindergarten through 6th-grade students for this school year. We may allow siblings of current students to attend with permission depending on our availability.
LMCS School-Aged Summer Childcare Program
This program is to provide an option for childcare for our incoming Kindergarten and current Kindergarten through 6th-grade students during the summer families. Tuitions are kept as low as possible while still covering costs, as we are a non-profit. All options seen here are on the Registration Sheet found below.
