Intent to Re-enroll Form For The 2026-2027 School Year
Please fill out the form below to give the school an indication of your plans for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please fill out this form by March 31st indicating your plans for enrollment for all grades, Preschool through 6th grade. Please note the following:
If you have a current 6th-grade student who is graduating this year, please indicate in question 7 which school they will be attending for 7th grade.
If you have a new preschooler or Kindergartener to enroll next year, please add their name to this form. All new Kindergarten enrollments need to have a Registration Form completed by April 5th.
