Throw on your dancing shoes and get ready to boogie with your buddies! We'll have cookies, lemonade, a family photo spot, and a special appearance by DJ "Phil the Thrill"! He'll be taking $5 song requests until Thursday 4/23 at 10 am. Just click the link below, and put your requested song+artist in the "Notes" section of the transaction. Remember to keep the tunes family friendly, as we'll have little ears and little feet on the dance floor. No crude language or themes, all songs subject to DJ approval.
“TREAT” A Teacher
Friends of Laramie Montessori’s Treat a Teacher fundraiser was so successful, they have decided to keep it going all year long! Any time you would like to donate, your contribution will go towards the Laramie Montessori Staff Appreciation Fund, so that we can celebrate our incredible staff all year long!
Get ready for our Read Across America celebration! Students are welcome to wear their coziest PJs, bring their fluffiest blankets, and invite their friendliest stuffies to join the party! For those who want to participate in a Book Swap, students may bring a book that is ready for a new home, to swap with a friend. This is not required, but provides a fun way for kids to discover new books. We will also serve (allergy safe) popcorn to all interested students. It should be another lovely morning celebrating our shared love of books and learning as a Laramie Montessori community!
Spend your evening shining a light on literature! We'll have snacks, games, guest authors, books, and more! Be sure to wear your white and/or neon colors to really "shine" along with all your friends! This event is come and go. While not required, we'd love for you to RSVP at the following link.
Let's "Glow" Read a Book RSVP
We are so excited to celebrate the 100th day of school, as well as the Winter Olympics! We will start the morning with a "Pass the Torch" ceremony with the whole school. Classrooms have been asked to dress as the Olympic Ring colors to commemorate this occasion.
Join us for an evening of joyful music, delicious food, and quiet reflection this winter season. The LMCS Choir, Combined Band, and each classroom will perform for everyone. Click the link below to sign up to bring a special dish to share with our community.

Come gather with our Montessori community from 12 PM - 2 PM for an afternoon of gratitude and good food! We are taking advantage of the half day to bring back the Harvest Feast! Please RSVP and sign up to bring a dish to share! Students MUST be accompanied by a guardian to attend.
Thank you to EVERYONE who participated in the McAlister’s Spirit Night on October 28th! The event brought in a total of $1,034.33, with 20% of that total, $206.87 coming back to our school! Also, huge thank you to Friends of Laramie Montessori Organization for organizing this fundraiser. Be on the lookout for more FLMO fundraisers in the future!
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED MAKE THE RUMMAGE SALE A HUGE SUCCESS! WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!
With help from our generous community, the Rummage Sale raised $878.50! Friends of Laramie Montessori matched that amount, to raise our total to $1,757 donated to the school!
